Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC Wall Panel)

Key Benefits

Lighter panel weight will result in
savings in the foundation and structure costs.

Panel Data

Infill wall panels can be finished with skim-coating or rendering systems.

Usage

Where Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Panel (AAC) is used?

AAC WALL PANELS

AAC Wall Panels are reinforced lightweight panels that can be used as external & internal walls, party wall, separating & compartment walls and other non-loadbearing wall applications as a replacement for common brickwall.

When used as non-loadbearing wall, the panels offer much lighter solution than many other concrete-based IBS wall panel systems such as hollow core concrete wall system.

This attribute would result in a rapid installation and faster completion time.

Lighter panel weight will result in savings in the foundation and structure costs.

This translates to about 38% reduction in the overall wall weight.

Advantages of AAC Panel

Cost-effective

AAC Panels are lightweight and easy-processed, which may ease labour intensity.

Thermal Comfort & Energy Saving

AAC panels are composed of many small holes, which are independent and in order.

Lightweight

High porosity of AAC panels can reduce the bulk density of materials.

Eco-friendly

AAC panels can be recycled after the wall removal without environmental pollution

Dimensional Accuracy

Our AAC products are of precise sizes and the tolerance of length, height and width is +1.0mm.

Durable

AAC panel is masoned by special mortar whose thickness is only 3mm, so cracking possibility of the gap is greatly lowered

Sound Resistant

ALC panel has dual nature, sound absorption and sound resistance, which other building materials do not have.

Impact Resistant

Reinforcing bar in the panels perform stabilized, toughening and impact resistance functions

Good Workability

They are easy to groove and do not need much time spent in cutting.

Water Resistant

AAC panels contain millions of closed microscopic cells which strongly resist moisture from passing through.

Fire Resistant

A 15cm-thick wall can resist fire for as long as 4 hours.
